No Appointment Necessary – Come by with your blind at any time during our drop off hours and our specialist will meet with you in shop.

Instructions:
For us to keep your blind intact and keep any of its loose components together, it is best to wrap your blind in protective packaging prior to bringing it into our shop. Once repaired, it will also allow us to wrap the blind in its original packaging when returning to you and, keep your blind safe!

SHIPPING
Do you live far
from us?
Sun-Brite will help set up shipments for your blind repair! The shipping charge and any applicable boxing fees incurred by the customer are the customers' responsibility – however we will help facilitate the process! Just let us know if you are interested.

Extended Wait Times: 3 Weeks (*For repairs that require parts orders)

a. If warranty – 24 Hour processing time
b. If non warranty – 48 Hour processing time
ASC Team will determine warranty and set up the repair
with Hunter Douglas
2. The Magic Happens!!
3. We will call you when your blind is repaired and ready to go
